Friday and Saturday nights carry a 10% uplift in winter and shoulder seasons. Peak-summer weeks run Saturday to Saturday.

Applied automatically — there is no code to enter. One changeover costs us the same whether you stay three nights or ten, so the saving is passed on.

Fees and what is included

How payment works
- 30% deposit today Confirms the dates immediately. Non-refundable, so please be sure before you press the button.
- Balance 30 days before arrival Taken automatically from the same card. We email you a week beforehand so it is never a surprise.
- Nothing held as a damage deposit We use insurance instead of the old £1,000 hold. Your card is left alone.
The house sleeps 8. No pets, and no smoking or vaping inside. Arrive from 14:00, leave by 10:00 — we will be there to show you in.
Families are welcome, and we ask that children are 12 or over. That is about the building rather than the noise: an open terrace, a spiral staircase and a hot tub set into the paving make it a poor house for toddlers and a very good one for teenagers.
